Goanna Internet Technical Support
The Technical Support Department offline and online is the primary point of contact to report any server outages as well as monitoring systems to ensure availability.  The Services that Technical Support offers Online are as follows:
  • Online Help Desk (COMING SOON) containing FAQ's and setup guides for your Operating Systems, E-Mail clients, FTP software, and more.  E-Mail requests for new FAQ's and Guides to techsupport@goanna.net.au
  • Security Advisories - Valuable information on things to watch out for.
  • Internet Glossary  - Help you understand the terms used on the internet.
  • HTML Help (COMING SOON) to try and guide you through the sometimes hard to understand HTML code when creating a webpage.
  • HTML Classes  for those who wish they knew how they do that. You can use this course to help you setup your very first webpage or even as a touch up to your current skills.
  • Modem Help - Information to help you with common problems with modems today.

Goanna Internet Technical Support Department is committed to a high quality of support.  We are constantly striving to achieve a level of excellence through the coordinated efforts of our staff working with and for each other.  Our focus is to provide you with a level of satisfaction with regards to our services that will surpass your expectations. To assure the highest level of member satisfaction and in an effort to enhance self-sufficiency, we provide the following:
  • A technical support help desk that provides our members with easy-to-use and easy-to-understand access support.
  • Provide online technical information, answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's), troubleshooting tips, and configuration information.
    • Broadcast information about upcoming changes and scheduled/unscheduled system outages on our expanded system.  Information will be posted in the following areas:
    • Telephone MOTD: The phone message of the day can be heard when calling Technical support if there is anything important.
    • Website MOTD: The message(s) of the day can be found on the Goanna Internet Services main page. http://www.goanna.net.au/
  • Maintain an Average Support Email Response time of twenty-four (24) hours or less during a business week.
  • Maintain a 95% or higher member satisfaction with the identification, quality and overall resolution of member concerns.
